Terms of Service
Last updated: July 10, 2026
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Opara (the “Service”), operated by Opara (“Opara,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). Please read them carefully.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.
2. Description of the Service
Opara is an AI-powered business operations assistant for solopreneurs. It helps you triage your inbox, draft invoice follow-ups, surface unsigned proposals, and generate briefs about the state of your business.
Every outbound action is human-approved. Opara never auto-sends. Drafts, follow-ups, and messages are prepared for your review, and no message leaves your account without your explicit approval.
3. Eligibility and Accounts
You must be at least 16 years old and able to form a binding contract to use Opara. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity that occurs under it. You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date. Authentication is provided through Google or Microsoft OAuth; you are responsible for the security of your connected provider account.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service to send spam, unsolicited bulk messages, or unlawful, deceptive, or harassing communications.
- Violate any applicable law, including anti-spam, privacy, and intellectual property laws.
- Attempt to access accounts or data that do not belong to you, or probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Service without authorization.
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.
- Reverse engineer, resell, or use the Service to build a competing product except to the extent this restriction is prohibited by law.
You are solely responsible for the content of any message you approve for sending.
5. Third-Party Integrations
Opara connects to third-party services you authorize, including your email provider, calendar, and Stripe. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms and policies. You are responsible for your connected accounts and for ensuring you have the right to grant Opara the access you authorize. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or actions of third-party services.
6. AI Output Disclaimer
Opara uses artificial intelligence to generate drafts, summaries, and briefs. AI output may be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate for your situation. You are responsible for reviewing all AI-generated content before acting on it or approving it for sending. Opara does not provide professional, financial, legal, tax, or accounting advice, and its output must not be relied upon as such. Consult a qualified professional for advice specific to your circumstances.
7. No Warranty
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Opara and its suppliers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
9. Termination
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time from within Opara. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if we reasonably believe your use poses a risk to the Service or other users. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases and we will handle your data as described in our Privacy Policy.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may modify these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the “Last updated” date and, where appropriate, notify you in the app. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
